Drop-in Mindfulness Sessions

Qualified Mindfulness Practitioner and Changes Member Vicki Thomas is currently running drop-in mindfulness and compassion sessions for Members of Changes (Donation only)

Mindfulness is about bringing our awareness to what is in the moment - without judgment. We will be learning all the mindfulness practices such as breathing meditation, body awareness and gentle mindful movement. We will also be learning how to develop a more compassionate and loving relationship with ourselves. The sessions will be held in a relaxing, nurturing and calming atmosphere and there will be time for questions and sharing.

Venue: The Group Room, Natural Health Clinic, 39 Cotham Hill, (nr Clifton Down Station), Bristol BS6 6JY
10 minute bus ride from Centre, buses l ,2,3 and 4
Time: Mondays from 7.30-9.00pm
